What did those of you with Series Ones do with the compass? Leave it? Remove and replace? My compass seems to work okay but the window is scratched and leaky. I think a nice bulkhead mount would be easiest to see. Gordon

I've had my coffee so maybe today will go better. I think they are both great compasses, just remember not to store anything ferrous near them and keep them way from electricity. I did twist the negative positive wires
leading to the lights as it is supposed to cancel out any fields generated by them. Judy was working at West Marine at the time and as I recall she was able to save a few bucks more on the Plastimo.
