Companionway hatch

The wooden sliding companionway hatch on my 1978 27' needs to be replaced, so far I have not found anyone that can make one. Any suggestions.

Stop being a yachtsman and go to

a cabinet maker. We have a man here that makes all manner of wood replacement parts for boats. also makes beautiful furniture.
