Columbia 45 nav lights lenses

I have a 1974 C45 and the port/stbd nav light lens are UV damaged. Anybody know where replacement lenses can be found.

They are as follows:
Clear acrylic
round dome diffuser, flange type
Body size: 1 9/16
Trim size: 2 1/4
Depth: 1 1/4

btw, lightingplastics.com said they do not have/make them

If you still have not found the flush mount navlights - SeaDog has both the old standard with 90 series light bulbs as well as a LED replacement. These are sold in pairs. Search the Sea Dog web site.
