I need plans for a cradle for my Columbia 24. If I could find a trailer for her I would place her on that for the winter but I need to get her out of the water this winter for maintenance. It would be easy to build a cradle if the boat was out of the water already but that won't work, for obvious reasons. Does anyone hav a a set of plans or suggestion as to how I might proceed? Thanks

You don't need them.
You don't need a cradle unless the marina insists on it. Use boat stands. The marina usually supplies these and sets them for you. They are just as stable as a cradle, and less hassle.
