Macgregor 26S Hobie TI Ridgway Colorado
Been sailing Pueblo res for over 35 years.. we used to windsurf there every New Years day.. Awesome to see Bald Eagles there early spring. When I first got a Hobie TI I had to take it to Pueblo res with a new outboard motor mount... and this was early in Feb.

If any of you suckerfishes who bought into the Grandby/Dillon hype want to get out for a sail this winter let me know.
We moved up to Elevenmile res this summer (about 70 miles away as a crow flies and nearly 4000 ft higher), any sailing up there in the winter is done on the ice. Another nice thing about Pueblo, much less risk of wild fire. Sad this year about Lake Granby / Shadow mountain / Grand lake, the pink in the picture below shows areas that burned up in the East Troublesome wild fire.

All this talk of cold gives me shivers. Hey Walt lets go on an overnight to Steamboat Cove election night. 90° during the day and 60° that night and no phone or internet service. Bliss! Should we take a firepit so we can watch cowboy TV?
