Does anybody know where I can get that loose "wavy" wooden seat that one can put across the benches in the rear on the cockpit on a Pearson 27?

That one that you saw in the pictures, was designed and built by a P27 owner as a "one-off". If you measure your boat carefully and copy the pictures, it probably is not that difficult to build.
