Is there a special table that fits in the square opening in the cockpit sole of my H26? If so, where do I buy one? If not, what do you guys use for a table? I'm using a TV table temporarily.
There is a really nice oval table and support leg stowed under the v-berth cushions. We use it frequently. Makes dining in the cockpit a real joy. Funny thing is that when buying the boat, I asked the previous owner about the square hole in the cockpit. He thought the table was an option. Didn't even know it was in his boat all along. Our new 2000 H 260 has the storage comparment for the table under the v-berth matress but Hunter deleted the table for this year's model. The square hole in th cockpit is gone, too. The brochure said there was one, so we Hunter where ours was. That's how we found out there isn't one any more.
I guess we fall into that category of assuming that the table was an option ...had no idea it would be under the v-berth. Guess we'll check it out this weekend.
