Cockpit Locker Hinge Replacement

I broke a cockpit locker hinge this weekend and I need to find an exact duplicate so the holes all match up along with the appearance. I pulled the hinge off the locker and it indicates (SM Taiwan). Anyone have any thoughts as to who the manufacturer is of this item?

The hinge allows the hasp to pivot on an axis.

The hasp secures the lid.

You are looking for the male portion of the hasp.
