1975 '22 is cored...
My 1975 O'Day 22 has a cored cockpit floor...I suspect the 1973 is cored as well. Look underneath (via either settee, crawling back head first) and examine the sides of the cockpit walls where they bend and meet the horizontal floor portion--you can usually see where the core is attached to the skin as it bulges a bit from underneath.
