I am not new to sailing but am very new to sailing on the ocean. I was out sailing on Narragansett bay on Sunday and all day the CG was issuing a pan-pan about a reported swimmer in the ocean wearing a black "bathing suit or wet suit" by sandy point ( I believe in little Narragansett Bay) and for mariners to keep a look out and report any sightings. I was trying to look up if there was a CG version of a police blotter to see if they ever found anything but, I couldn't find anything. Does anyone know if they publish daily reports of their calls like police do?
