Coaming box replacement

I just purchased a Catalina 30. In making a list of repairs/cleaning that need to be done I see that the interior of both coaming boxes are deteriorated wood. They need to be replaced. Any suggestions on how or with what can they be replaced? Thanks!

Here's a link to the teak boxes Catalina Direct has. West Marine and others have plastic coaming boxes as well, for a little cheaper than the teak.
