How small a boat are you talking?

Hey man,I thought about doing this trip last year right after I bought my sailboat, a Catalina 22. I changed my mind because of my very limited sailing experience, but I feel a bit more confident now. I feel confident not in my ability to race a boat, but rather to be able to fix it if it breaks out in the middle of the atlantic.So do you have any 22' boats going along? I am fairly busy right now, but I think I could get some time off in June. I live in Moblile, but have a trailer to bring her down with.I checked out the website and wasn't able to post on the message board area - I guess it is still under construction. Bill, check out the website provided by chip. It seems that most of the boats are mac 26's, and possibly some 25's.

There may be one 22' going.

We may have one 22' going. As long as the boat is in good repair, I think it should be fine. The lack of room may become an issue, but it is only for 10 days. Some creative packing should take care of that. Please try our website again. The forum is open to everyone. You are certainly welcome. Although it started out a MacGregor flotilla, we want other boats here.
