Cloth changed to Ultra-leather

I would like to change my cloth interior to the sand colored ultra leather. Has anyone ever done such a thing? Can I just buy all of the parts from Hunter, or do I have to have them all custom done. I have a 2001 Hunter 380. Thanks Scott Broad 3 Short Toronto
