Clinometer

I have a Hunter Legend 37.5. The clinometer scale is split in two. Half of the degrees is on the port side bulkhead and the other half is on the starboard side, unlike your common Lev-o-gauge, where the entire scale is on one instrument and attached on center line.

Mine are old and the numbers cannot be read. But I cannot find them for sale anywhere. Anyone know where I can find this arrangement?

Can’t help with a source but curiosity compels me to ask -why do you want/need one and why that split configuration?

Could not find on offered on SBO. Suspect you could ask @Dave Groshong .

Or just go on line. PLASTIMO - Clinometer cost about$15.

Thanks to everyone for you time and responses.

The reason for the split configuration is unknow to me, but it was that way when I bought the boat. And as to why I need one....1) if looking for optimal speed, the degree of heeling for this boat is important, as too much heel slows it down and 2) it is just plain fun to heel with such a large about and my passengers are usually enjoying it.

I do not usually have Admirals on my boat when I sail. You are fortunate, in deed.

I may just buy a large Lev-o-gage and mount it on bulkhead in cockpit.... centerline.

Haha.....good one, Terry.
Nothing like make those "big girls" heel. In fact, I have made grown men scream on my boat a
28- 30*.....!!!!!! It is just plain fun!!!

Do you sail up at Shelter Bay? My son lives in Seattle and we visit him almost every summer and go up to the San Juans. What great sailing territory!!!

Agreed!

And yes....although I live in San Antonio, technically the my boat's port is New Braunfels, Tx, which is minutes from Canyon Lake where the boat is.

Alexco 38 - We definitely have alcohol on board.

And I tell my guests (with a straight face) that if they tell me their favorite libation at least 48 hours before we set sail from the dock, I will have it on board for them!!!
They like that!!!

It's been awhile, but I recall the family spent the day at their waterpark fed from a nearby fresh water aquifer.
