Hi
I am just wondering what other Newer Hunter owners use to clean all the wood down inside the boat,my Hunter was one of the last built in 2007 using teak before changing to cherry wood trim and most is laminated walls and cabinets with teak trim.
I have been using lemon oil and thinking of using Jubilee kitchen wax,so what do you like to use the best.

We have a 1997 and the wood is not coated with poly or any other coating. Just has the Daly's stain that Hunter uses.

We clean with Murphy's Oil Soap and then wipe with lemon oil. If the finish needs a touch-up we use just the Daly's. If there is any mildew we use a mildew cleaning spray before the Murphy's.

The newer Hunters have a factory finish that was applied prior to the installation of the interior. This is more like a furniture finish. I would use something like a beeswax, citrus oil or even Pledge.

I have a2005 H33 and when I looked in the owner's manual it seems to say that with the exception of the stairs and the outside stern seats, the finish is NOT oiled but has a furniture finish[sealed].
Use something that willl not build up.
