Cleaning textured walls of 1992 33.5

We are the owners of a new to us 1992 Hunter. The walls could use a good cleaning (not moldy just need cleaning). The walls are some texturized material that doesn't readily clean up with the methods I've tried (dish soap and water, simple green, vinegar and water). Any suggestions?

What is the textured material made of...
Fabric, gel coat, vinyl ?

It is a "rough", but soft-side vinyl. Rough in the sense that if I use a damp paper towel to wipe it down, fibers from the towel will catch on the wall.

Diluted Bleach? Or a micro fibber towel and leather / vinyl automotive interior cleaner?

I used Clorox cleanup on mine. Worked great

Thanks all. I have tried most of these except diluted bleach. I'll give that a try.
