Cleaning Starboard

I have these starboard doors and over the last years they have gotten marked up and just like to know what is best used to make them look like new again.
And do you use anything special or treat the starboard with anything special.

I had Starboard hatch boards on my last boat. The only thing that worked for me was power washing. It seemed nothing chemically would clean them. Or are least I never found anything that did. Although the Mr Clean pads worked to a degree.

I used Zud and scotch pad and it did a pretty good job and used light sanding for some rust marks.
