Cleaning cockpit seat covers??

How can I clean the mesh seat covers in the cockpit? I have taken them off of the foam and need to clean them!! Can I launder them on a gentle cycle? Use bleach (they are white) or dish soap? Or scrub them in the tub??

I have power-washed mine after brushing with dish detergent with good results. If you don't have a low-pressure (1800psi) power washer, I would try a long-handled brush and some oxy-clean with some laundry detergent.
