Cleaning boat

Just getting a Hunter 18.5. a real newbie.

Is it safe to use On & Off to clean it?

When I took my boat out of the water last Fall, it had quite a bit of scum and stains on the bottom. I used a power washer to get the bulk of it off and then used On & Off to get the stains off. Wear rubber gloves and maybe a long-sleeved shirt - the stuff is acid, so it can be pretty caustic. It worked very well.

I suggest using gel FSR in lieu of On & Off, which is really nasty stuff. I started with FSR, bought some O&O, never again. FSR works just as well. And you don't need a respirator to use it!
