Gotta use common sense; don't direct pressure washer stream at bedded hardware, seals, portlights, etc. I have been using a pressure washer on my boats for 40 years; no problem! Sure beats scrubbing on your hands & knees and deck is cleaned of bird droppings, mold/mildew, etc in one hour. Probably power wash 2X per year.

a. rotary scrub brushes (cheap on amazon) for your drill are great for non-skid.

b. Re. the alcohol references, I choose to remember that the dirt will come back, so past a certain point, to h___ with it. Birds will roost on the mast. A boat is a vehicle for travel, not jewelry.

Indeed. Important to remember. Just don't want it to look like a shanty town on water!

In fact, I will be doing my spring cleaning tomorrow. It won't be perfect, but it will be pretty darn good and bright. It will pass the 20-foot test, and that is enough. No clutter either.
