anyone know whats best for cleaning up after using a fire extinquisher? I've gotten the bulk of it up with vacum and water, but there is still a fine yellow grit on the walls/vinyl/etc.
From what I read in a quick Internet search the agent mono ammonium phosphate is water soluble and cleanup is with water and a vacuum cleaner. Just keep rinsing, don't forget the electronics.

Speaking from home fire experience, in my last line of work, pretty much any electronics exposed to soot got tossed, too. You may have luck with a chemical sponge to remove other residue. Here's an example. I don't know anything about the company, just has a good picture of the sponge. I think you should be able to get them locally. We just bought them in bulk http://www.800sponged.com/
