I think MORC?
I seem to recall O'Day marketing the 25 as being designed for the MORC (Midget Ocean Racing Class) racing. For any local racing, I'd check with local Yacht Clubs, most racing of cruising boats like the O'Day 25 is now done under the PHRF rating system and that varies (the rating does) from area to area.
