Christmas time and SBO Customer service

ok just wanted to let you guys know it's getting close to christmas and if you are doing any shopping at the chandleries go to SBO store and shop your hearts out....not only will you be doing a supportive act to this site but you will also be experiencing the best customer service bar none....i ordered some deck parts for my boat and they were 1 item short and (on their own) searched around some other competitors and located the item and were able to fill my order complete....also there was one item that they didn't stock and could not get it at a reasonable price for me so they referred me to someone who could ....now thats service at its best ....they also are very competitive in their pricing along with their most positive attitude...they really know how to make a customer feel welcome and at home ............

disclaimer i have no financial connection with this organization whatsoever but do feel like a member of the family .....i am posting this as i feel no good deed should go unpunished and yes this a prompted post because of the good will and service

I have never been let down by SBO. I have spent some time listening to Bly tap away on her computer looking for a part for me. This is where I look FIRST for anything I need on my boat.

My experience with them has also been great even though I haven't purchased a lot. When I did the service certainly has been exemplary.

In each of the 3 times I've used them in the few months I've owned the boat, Dave was stellar in every way, answering my questions, and in one case arranging for a return when a part did not fit.
