Lidkoping, Sweden on the shortest day of the year, sunrise at 9 pm, sunset at 3 am. We have had a period with freezing degres which has given us perfect conditions for skating in our beatiful archipelagoes. Today we skated on the same waters as we use for sailing in summer, the ice was 2-4 inches, hard black and on shallow water we could see the bottom as thruogh a glass sheet. Blue skies, no wind and 17 dgr F,it could not be better. See the picture of my wife and two daughters in action, about 10 kts. A Merry Christmas to all Hunter sailors!

Merry Christmas

While not as cold as your location, Christmas promises to be snowy. I wish you and yours a Merry Christmas and may you be blessed in the New Year. Starting in January, I plan to finish the table that you have helped me with earlier this year. My 240 waits in the parking lot. I have all the components now. Thanks for all your help! Hopefully Santa will bring me an autopilot to work on at the same time I do the table. Since you live closer to Santa, If you see him while he is on the way to my house on Christmas eve, remind him I have been a pretty good boy!!!
