i might settle on an 18 HP engine if a 3 cylinder i heard about is fresh water cooled. are the 18 hp's all raw water, 2 cylinder cooled? thanks. the boat i'm looking at is a 1990, 18 horse power.
I have a 1990 C30. Engine is a Universal 18hp M3-20. Fresh water cooled internally with seawater cooling that through a heat exchanger. That is probably what you are speaking about. I do not believe very many were made with this engine however but do not know numbers.
