hey!

Just relocated to Chicago from Nashville and sadly lost my Catalina '22 in a wreck (see picture).

Does anyone need a hand on a sailboat near the loop? Just want to find a way to get back on a boat soon.

It looks as though things could have been a lot worse. A phrase that comes to mind: "There but by the grace of God go I." I hope the boat was the only traveler hurt.

sorry to hear about your boat...Chicago is a wonderful place to sail but the weather can change on a dime. hopefully you can get on with someone or it may be a hint to something new. keep the faith

Maybe contact one of the yacht clubs. Sailors get older every day and may appreciate a hand. Chicago, Belmont, Montrose and Burnham harbors have clubs. I'm sure there are others. Lots of racing here too! We've had a great first year.
