Second Ross's invite...

Lots of great people, sailing, and places to go at the Top of the Bay!

Yo Tom...

I'm aware that B&B are putting the new boat in one of our new slips--it will save them from sailing it over each race weekend from HdG! Come up and crew with them for some very competitve racing. I'll be there with my H34 as well as 3 other H34's, two H33.5's, an H42 and several other Hunters as well.

Thanks for the invitation, Dan

Dan, I'll let B&B know that I am available for replacement crew mid-week if they need it. My schedule won't allow me to committ to every week. They plan on doing the Carribbean 1500 in 2 years. I applied for a crew position for the trip down when I was at their home this past Sunday. I jumped to the top of the list when I reminded him that as a business owner my schedule is a little more flexible than some. Have a safe holiday, Tom s/v Orion's Child brandywine@nni.com

Thanks, Tom...

for the holiday wishes! Sounda like great trip plans. We had four boats do the 'Round Delmarva last summer but I was neither ready for it myself nor able to take the time off to do even a leg due to corporate constaints. One of these days...

Dan, I bet that You know Dobbs and Suzanne.

They are very good friends whom we have know since they first put walden in commision in 2000.

You bet I do Ross...

Dobbs ran a new halyard for me on my H34 when mine began separating last June. He also did a standing rigging assessment for me and will have some work to do this season from it when the boat gets back in the water. He and Suzanne race on another H34 in the club. Dobbs has a good following among our club members and has done work for a number of us. He's earned his good reputation!!!

Suzanne keeps him civilized. Has he ever

demonstrated his juggling skills for you?

I thought...

Suzanne was an expert time juggler after trying to get them to do the halyard work last June! I'll have to spring that question on Dobbs the next time I see him.
