All was right with the World this weekend. Winds were fantastic the Sun was shining. I was amazed how many Hunters my wife and I saw on Sunday. They were everywhere. From 23.5 to the 460, it looked like we owned the bay off of Annapolis. Every day should should be so great. Jim SV Java

I am envious

While you were enjoying my old sailing grounds, I was high and dry here in Atlanta. They hauled my 260 and put it on a cradle to remove the centerboard and replace its line that had parted. Oh well, maybe someday it will all be fixed and I can enjoy sailing as much as you on Java.

The best part of the weekend was meeting you!

Saturday afternoon's sailing off Annapolis was indeed fine, and while our post-sailing swim was progressing nicely, here came the first 260 we'd ever seen in the water gliding by, with Jim and Joan on board. What a treat to meet them under an idyllic early-evening waning sunlight, comparing their experiences on their beautiful new 260 and ours on the '95 26 that we've had since May. Made us realize that we bought the right boat, in the great family of Hunter boats....

Richard, It was nice meeting you and your family. To bad you had to leave for the OuterBanks. Woke up Sunday morning to 20kt winds, around 9:00 it dropped off to 14 and stayed that way until 3:00 in the afternoon. Have a great vacation. Jim SV Java
