I have an 80s hunter 22. I broke a cheek block the other day. I was running the jib sheets directly through them. I have since put blocks in the toe kick and go directly onto the winch from there. My question is can I still get the same ones with the same hole pattern? I ordered a few from somewhere but they different. Couldn’t find the same ones so took a chance. And what exactly are they used for anyway? I’m new to this so excuse the lack of knowledge. 181DFE5B-5BF5-414F-9A28-856CE97AA4F8.pngEEB58C66-0110-4B65-96A9-4735336A2E20.jpeg187F067D-E849-43A2-98CC-6011C9EBAE0D.jpegED19A661-CD3D-41F1-AFA8-69B9D63A72AC.jpeg

Have you tried removing the block? You might be able to remove the sheave pin from the back and if so, I'm certain you can find a replacement sheave and repair that block.

's got the least expensive route to take, if you don't mind disassemble / reassembly.
