Check your toe rail bolts

While adding harken stantion blocks to tuck the furling line away noticed that some of the bolts were loose. I ended up going around checking all of them and most of them needed 1-3 full turns!

Maybe this explains the small leak in the vberth from the starboard side...

On the 31's and 34's , Note that When tightening, the nut should be turned but not the bolt. Turning the bolt increases the chance that the sealant around it will be broken, possibly opening a leak path..

I didn't think of that but yes, did so with a socket wrench. Good point
