Noticed a blue flash last night stepping onto the boat so I decided it was time to upgrade

We had that happened while we were traveling south this winter. Both ours and our friend who was five slips over had to replace the ends. Good catch.

Aww man, once you let the mystic blue smoke out of the wires, they stop working. Always worth checking them and replace connectors when they are worn (and not worn out.) Had a client whose boat stopped charging from the shore power. The connector was completely corroded, overheating and would have completely failed sooner than later.
