Has anyone tried these cheap LED navigation lights?

Yes, I know they are made by slave labor in China but there are no relatively inexpensive US made LED navigation lights. My sailboat's outboard has no alternator so low power consumption is important. Seller says they are not USCG approved.
BTW, it's 80 degrees in Marina del Rey, California today and we'll be saillin' a half hour from now. We've been officially asked not to rub it into poor sailors in the rest of the country.
