Charter? Fractional Ownership?

Hi All We have a 98 Mac26x in the southern Bahamas (Long Island) as we only use the boat about 1 week per month (work commitments) we were wondering if anyone would be interested in chartering the Mac or maybe a fractional ownership plan (1/4 may be good) Maybe this would appeal to cold weather sailors, what do you think? Suggestion

The Washington Post classifieds offer 1/3 fractional ownerships in Annapolis. Try a classified ad in Newsday and test the response.
