Hurricane Charlie was generally kind to the Sea Rebel, a 1991 30T Hunter, considering the impact on other boats in the Punta Gorda area. Other than cosmetic damage Charlie took the starboard cockpit seat/locker cover and I have not been able to find a source for a replacement. Does anyone know where I might be able to locate a replacement? Are there boat boneyards where parts might be available?

Fabricate your own?

Don't look like you are having a lot of luck so far. I guess finding that part would require finding a boat that's completely junked. I have a '77 H30 Cherubini that was modified by the previous owner by sawing out a seat locker where there was none before. Obviously water just ran freely through the crack. When I went in for haulout this year I had the marina fabricate and install water chanels similar to the ones on the original seat locker on the sb side of the boat. I was amazed how well they were able to fabricate the rather complicated pieces. I bet a good fiberglass person could fabricate a new seat locker cover using the opposite seat as a mold. Shouldn't be a really big deal.
