Changing shaft on 411

Hi - Would appreciate any advice (or video) about the process of replacing the 30 mm shaft on the 411. Just got the complete kit from Beneteau. Thanks. Cristian

Do you have a direct drive as shown in the manual? If it is a direct drive there are youtube video on how to remove it.
