This may be an old solution but it's new to me.
I connected the existing oil pan drain hose fitting to a piece of clear vinyl tubing, attached the tubing to the vent hole on a cheap two gallon plastic gas can and wrapped a rag around the hose end on my boat vacuum cleaner, put the hose in the spout hole on the can & flipped on the vacuum. It removed all the warm oil in less than a minute. Total cost, less than $3.00.
