changing my prop from a 2 blade to a 3??????

i have a 1971 p33 pearson sloop the problem is i dont get much speed when im motoring. i currently have a 2 blade prop with a brand new 18 hp yamha. another problem (or is it a problem???) i have is that my rudder has a skeg. so can u recommend what should i do?? any ideas and all ideas welcome thanksjim

Hi Jim I responded to the other e-mail. Its strange but the above e-mail seems to not have been posted.?. I think once we have looked at your engine Rpm's we will find that you need additional pitch. Talk to you later Kevin
