changing coolant

apologies as i know many threads on the topic (and i have checked the cat 30 assoc site), however if anyone wouldn't mind running through what needs to be done.

cat 30 universal 18 with added expansion tank. didn't have proper 50/50 coolant so added fresh water just to get by. now that i have assume need to drain before adding to get rid of the fresh water added and the anti freeze (assume the pink liquid is still left from winterizing?).
