Changed out my fresh water pump this weekend on my H37.5. What a job that turned out to be. The intake hose was too short, the outlet hose was too short, the previous mounts had to be reworked, the A/C ducting was so close to the pump that it was almost impossible to remove the old pump and install the new one. Finally (5 hrs later) the installation was complete. Now everytime I turn on the faucet the flourescent light in the head flickers in sync to the cycle of the pump. Rewired the new pump just like the old pump. Any ideas?

It might only be motor interference...

...with the flourescent light. You may need to rewire the light, instead, but I'm not an electrician and don't know. Ask around :) Good Luck!

Add a capacitor or rewire the light.

Your new pump is adding noise to the DC much like an alternator produces noise and gets into an AM radio. The fix for the Alternator noise is a condensor (capacitor) and this concept should work here also. If you go to radio shack and get a 35V - 1,000uF or 2,200uF capacitor and put it right at the fluorescent lights DC input it should supress the noise. Make sure you observe the polarity of the capacitor. If you get it backwards, it will pop after a minute.
