Has anyone changed the color of a hull (we have a 2001 Catalina 320) from Factory White to Navy Blue? If so, what was/is involved and what did it cost etc.
A Navy hull will absorb much more of the summer heat on the chesapeake than a white hull creating a warmer cabin. That said any good boat yard will be able to spray paint with a two part paint such as Awlgrip.
