Change inboom shives

Hi ... I would like to change frozen plastic shivs in the boom to something better with a bearing .. any suggestions would be appreciated .. they haven't been used for a while 1998 all original ... better brands ??? Thanks Paul

ronstan markets some sheaves in delrin and metal, all you would need to know is the sheave diameter and the diameter of the shaft. I doubt that they would have bearings though. Check with Phil on this site. Just cleaning and lubricating the present sheaves might help temporarily.
