Just curious if anyone has one of these cheap 2-person kayaks for a tender (Challenger K2 inflatable kayaks or the Sevylor Tahik 79 Classic)? I need tender for our 26 foot sailboat that can be stored without taking too much space and these seemed pretty cheap. We have a solid dinghy but have been keeping it at home since there is no where to keep it at our new marina and I no longer have a truck to haul it back and forth with... I never much liked towing the thing anyway. thanks, Brent

I bought a Sevylor

I bought the Sevylor SVX 200, which is one of their better tandem kayaks. cost just under $700. It's proven to be well made and does very well in Class II whitewater. the smallest you can hope to fold it is the size of a large suitcase and it weighs about 60 lbs.
