I have a slight water leak at the chain plate as it comes through the deck and it leaks a small amount into the boat cabin. More importantly it caused some decay to the plywood area and was responsible for failure of the chainplate. This was undetectible due to the wallpaper covering the area. Is there a specific caulk used to seal this area or do I need to replace the stainless sleeve the chainplate passes through on the deck. Oday 25 fin keel Thanks Paul
