Cetol drips

I've a few drips of dried Cetol on the gelcoat. What is recommended to remove it?

If you drip Cetol

onto non-skid, it is very hard to get rid of. After trying a number of products that didn't work well, I just dabbed a dot of white enamel over the drips and they disappeared....
