How do you check the centerboard pivot bolt for wear? Where is it located?

The pivot pin can only be accessed from under the keel. The keel has two stainless steel plates, and two wedges that need to be removed and cleaned out in order for the centerboard and fiber pivot pin to drop down. If you're able to get at the under side of the keel to work on it, you can remove the board and pin pretty easy. For more pics of the keel slot and centerboard, check "Owner Directory"- "Trinkka."
