Centerboard lines

Hello,I have an '85 h23 that has the centerboard that drops down from a shoal keel. Two lines for raising and lowering run down the transom and then along the bottom of the hull into the keel. There is a 1-1/2 inch roller just above the keel in the hull that redirect the lines into the keel. My problem is this roller no longer rolls and there appears to be no access to the roller for removal.  Is there a fix for this problem?Thank you

Dan,The centerboard 23's are rare. I've heard that something like 30 or less where ever produced before the fixed keel took over. Could you publish some pictures of the keel on this web site? Some of us "plain jane" fixed keel 23 owners might like to see what was to have been.GregH23 Faster
