Dave I am going to be the exception to the rule . We had our board dropped and the delrin bushing was badly worn where the pin goes thru . I spoke with Dave at the store here and think according to him they're are available thru Hunter . They are saying 3 weeks . I ordered mine and then went and picked up the old part . I have a place ( I think ) locally that sells the rod in stock and hopefully a guy with a lathe to turn the new part . It was worn to the point that both the rigger and I though it should be replaced . He said the board was stuck in there sideways . I read a post of yours suggesting someone had to do some wiggling to get the board out . It might be over kill but I paid to have it taken apart so may as well do it right the first time . Hope this helps , MikeBrian;
About the only thing would be the delrin plastic rollers but generally they last and never had to replace them. I would say the only thing would be 7/16 inch line and some duck tape. When the bracket comes out, you will see a couple of stainless steel pins and putting the bracket back in, you will need some duck tape over the holes to keep those pins in place until it is seated back into the well housing.
I have tried earlier to change the model on my profile from 23 to 23.5 , have a problem doing that ,Like I say, I am not there nor any photos but rely on your good judgment as always. I agree things do wear out. Like I always say, a photo is worth a thousand words but you know what you are doing. Thank you for keeping me in the loop. So others will not be confused, can you change the model boat from 23 to 23.5 as they are much different.
