I asked about repairing the CDI Furler cable, which parted at the upper swivel, but seem to have lost the post somewhere in cyber space. Can anyone tell me how to repair/replace the cable? I lost about 4 inches along with the swagged thimble. Thanks

cdi help

they have a web site. put a new thimble with a nicropress tool. if you have the old reefer 1 or 2, throw it away and buy a new furler
