Hello all,I have a 95 H26 and a I am starting to put together my wish list for this year. Besides new tires for the trailer and new batteries for the electrical system I was looking at a new jib and a CDI furler. I've looked at some of the instructions but was wondering does anyone have some pictures of a CDI installed. It's my understanding that I don't have to modify the headstay so I'm trying to figure out how all this works. Currently I just have a hanked on jib.ThanksJason

Furler

Jason,I just bought a new H260 with the CDI furler and had to install it mostly myself. I can get you some photos or you can go to www.sailcdi.com for the installation manual. I'm not sure if you have to shorten the forestay but I can share my experience with it. I had a hanked-on headsail for years with my MacGregor. After you read the online installation manual, let me know if I can help you further. I recommend a Spinlock clutch instead of a cleat to secure the furling line.
