caulking toerail to deck

I have a leak in the starboard side lazerette , what is the best caulk to use for the aluminum toerail to fiberglass deck. thanks

First things first

Try to tighten the toe rail first. If that doesn't stop the leak use a polycarbonate or polyurethane sealant available at hardware, home improvement, or marine suppliers.
